We write to express our sincere gratitude over the second consignment of donation which included library books, both for primary and secondary, stationery, computers as well as white boards and sports equipment. All these donations were shared among 5 primary schools and 3 secondary schools, from Karonga Primary to Masarakufa schools.
Library books
The books will go a long way in developing a reading culture in our learners. They are quite suitable for different levels from ECD to O’Level, in our case to grade 7. We hope this will greatly help in English lessons as well as compositions. We anticipate a high pass rate in English resulting from using the books .
Stationery
The books, ballpoint pens and pencils will greatly help both teachers and learners. Some pupils cannot afford to have pens for writing. The color pencils will help in Art lessons as well as other subjects which require colorful drawings.

Computers (e-learning)
Thank you so much for providing computers. These are the modern trends for learning now as they enhance e-learning. Furthermore, they make learning and teaching easy and funny. We wish to have more of these gadgets as the ratio is still high because they are expensive here in Africa.
White boards
They are so handy and portable, easy to use and bright. Thank you for giving us these boards. They are rare here in Mudzi,( zimbabwe ) We don’t have enough classrooms so we do hot seating, meaning other classes will be outside from morning up to break time that is 1000hrs during which time they use these white boards to enhance concepts as these can be easily carried outside.

Sports equipment: Tennis net
In our last communication with you, we requested for tennis net which you and your partners timely provided. Thank you very much. However, we have not used it yet because of COVID 19 protocols which currently prohibit sports in schools. We hope as the protocols are lifted we will use it.

Bags
The bags which you gave us are very good. We want to use them as motivation during our prize giving ceremonies to give to our learners to reward hard work.
Challenges
- The ratios are still high. We wish to have more laptops and desk top.
- Because of shortage of learning space some of our learners learn from outside, mobile boards will help us enhance learning on open spaces.
Conclusion
May the Dear Lord continue to shine his light on you and your partners. We hope to use all of your donations to the maximum benefit of the child in Mudzi. We also promise to be good custodians of the items you gave us.
